Welcome to Loudoun County Public Schools Middle School Intramural Activity Registration

You must complete all sections of the online activity registration form at the proper school link below in order for each student to be fully registered and eligible to participate.

Registration – We are using the online activity registration module from rSchool Today. This is the same module that we use to register high school athletes in Loudoun County, so it may look familiar if you have an older student in an LCPS high school sports program. Registration forms will need to be updated through this system each school year. As a first time user, please read the information listed on this page before moving on to complete the registration.

IMPORTANT: Please review the following information prior to beginning your registration:

First-time users: create a family account with a username and password. Once your account is created, you will register all students in your family that attend the same school from this same family account. To activate the account, you will need to login into your email account to confirm the email used. PLEASE SAVE YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD FOR FUTURE USE!
Returning users: enter the username and password you created during your first family registration. Once logged in, you can click on the “Register” dropdown menu and register an existing student or register a new student to your family account.
Each student should register for the intramural sport/s that they wish to play. Multiple sports can be selected at the time of original registration, or a student can add a sport to their account at a later date. Just make sure to register for the sport prior to attendance at the first event of that sport season.
The registration form will auto-populate information based on previous registrations you submitted. Please review and update information such as insurance, medication, diagnoses, emergency contacts, phone numbers, email, etc. each time you access the system.
